If your computer supports both 110 (US standard) and 220 (Ukrainian standard) Volts you just need to buy an adapter. If it supports only 110 Volts (which is more possible for a computer made for US customers) you will need to buy transformer 110 to 220 Volts (the cost is about 10-20 USD).

I could not find the cost of Ukrainian visa obtained by the invitation of Ukrainian Education Ministry (student visa) but the cost of the visa is up to 100 USD.

Every foreigner coming to Ukraine for the term of less than one year has the right to use the driving license of his home country if it meets the requirements of international convention of road traffic.

We have no such services as checking for the personal info of people living in Ukraine, address, phone numbers etc. But according to the details you have mentioned in your last question all the situation is looking suspicious because today there are some good free online translation services available (like Google one).

If you are the citizen of Egypt you need to obtain Ukrainian visa. Here is the information about all the documents, payments required from the official site of Ukrainian embassy to Egypt. There are no direct trains from Dnepropetrovsk to Nikopol, so you need to have a train from Dnepropetrovsk to Zaporozhye and from there another train to Nikopol (here is the timetable of the trip for July 12, you can choose any date you like). The other variant is to go by the direct Dnepropetrovsk - Nikopol mini bus (schedule) running several times a day, the departure at the central bus station (Kurchatova Str., 10). You are right, there is no direct flight from France to Nikolaev (I have checked the site of Nikolaev city airport and the only two international flights available are from Stambul and Moscow). So the best way will be to go to Kiev (Borispol airport) and there is daily train Kiev – Nikolaev (departure from Kiev railway station at 19:04 local time, arrival at 05:53, time in travel 10 hours 49 minutes, distance 587 km.). About driving, there are some risks but if you have such experience you fill be fine, if not I am not sure you should try it, especially if you don't know Ukrainian or Russian languages. The citizens of European Union countries have the right to stay in Ukraine for 90 days without having a visa.

I think the best way is to go by train. There are numerous train from Kiev to Kharkov and among them there are special high-speed trains (departure at 06:33; 17:30; 22:25 time in travel about 6-7 hours) and also trains bypassing Kiev and Kharkov on their way (not high-speed so the time of travel is about 10 hours; departure from Kiev at 00:42; 03:13; 07:44; 14:53; 16:20; 17:36; 19:48 and 22:35). So I think the special high-speed train Kiev-Kharkov is your choice.

All I can say that the cost of the passport varies greatly depending on the term you need to wait to receive it (we had several similar questions about Ukrainian international passport obtaining terms, costs before so you can check our answers for more info).

The closest major city is Lugansk and there is Lugansk International Airport but the only international flight is to Moscow unfortunately, there is also flight available from Kiev to Lugansk so you have a choice either to fly to Kiev city international airport (Borispol) and have a flight to Lugansk from there or after arriving to Kiev have a train/bus to Lugansk. And from Lugansk there are numerous daily buses to Stakhanov city. The citizens of European Union countries have the right to stay in Ukraine for 90 days without having a visa.

The other way is to go by bus (there is regular daily bus from Kiev central bus station to Mariupol; departure at 17:00 local time and arrival at 06:40). Also you can get a taxi but of course it will be the most expensive way.

There is no direct train from Vienna to Chernivtsy. The first train will take you from Vienna to Lvov city of Ukraine (departure from Vienna at 12:28, arrival to Lvov at 10:31; the train is regular and runs every 3rd, 6th days of the week). From Lvov you should take a train to Chernivtsy (daily train, departure at 21:30, arrival at 8:43). I am not sure about the latest costs of the tickets, all I can say is that the most expensive part of the trip will be the ticket from Vienna to Lvov (I think you can get the price at Vienna railway station). The total distance is about 1,100 km one way.
