  • Good morning = Dobroye utro
  • Good afternoon = Dobryy den'
  • Good evening = Dobryy vecher
  • Hello, hi = Privet (less official) or Zdravstvuyte (more official), both for any time of the day

You should write like «Ya bezumno tebya kohaiu» in Ukrainian or «Ya bezumno tebya lublu» in Russian.
