Church of the Intercession in Piddubtsi

Piddubtsi is a village with a population of about 1,000 people located in the Lutsk district of the Volyn region, 16 km east of Lutsk.
The main attraction of the village is the nine-headed Orthodox Church of the Intercession, originally – the Uniate Church, built in 1745. Piddubtsi on Google Maps. Photos by: Maxim Ritus.
Constructed according to the project of the outstanding Jesuit architect Paul Gizhitsky, this church is one of the most valuable monuments in the Baroque style in Volhynia.
