Ukrainian Carpathians – the Land of Winter Fairy Tales
2 Comments · Posted by Sergei Rzhevsky in Nature, Regions, Travel
Ukrainian Carpathians is a part of the Carpathian mountain range, located in the west of Ukraine. This region is one of the tourist centers of the country and is beautiful in all seasons.
But the area becomes especially picturesque during the snowy winter when all the landscapes are like illustrations of winter fairy tales. These beautiful photos were taken in the area of small ridge Kukul which forms the border between Zakarpattia and Ivano-Frankivsk regions. Photos by Alexander Kotenko
