Chortkiv, first mentioned in 1427, is a small town with a population of about 29,000 people located in the Ternopil region, 75 km south of Ternopil.

Pidhaitsi – a picturesque town in the Ternopil region

Pidhaitsi is a small town with a population of about 2,700 people located in the Ternopil region of Ukraine, 68 km south-west of Ternopil. This town, first mentioned in 1463, has a rich history.

Church of the Ascension in Chortkiv

Chortkiv is a town with a population of about 29,000 people located in the Ternopil region, 75 km south of Ternopil. There are several interesting monuments of architecture in this town.

Defensive Church of Transfiguration in Zaluzhzhya

Zaluzhzhya is a village with a population of about 1,200 people located in the Zbarazh district of the Ternopil region, 25 km to the north-east from Ternopil.

Church of St. John the Apostle in Ivane-Puste

Ivane-Puste is a village with a population of about 2,000 people located in Borshchiv district in the south of the Ternopil region. The wooden church of St. John the Apostle, built in 1775, is a work of the Podolia school of folk architecture.

Church of the Relentless Help of Our Lady in Trybukhivtsi

Trybukhivtsi is a large village with a population of about 4,000 people located in Buchach district of the Ternopil region. The main and in fact the only attraction of the village is the stone Catholic Church of the Relentless Help of Our Lady built in 1904-1923.

Jesuit Monastery in Kremenets

The majestic complex of buildings of the Jesuit church, monastery and collegium, built in the Baroque style, is the architectural dominant of Kremenets, a small town with a population of about 20 thousand people located in the Ternopil region.

Neo-Gothic Castle-Palace in Bilokrynytsya

Bilokrynytsya is a village with a population of about 2,000 people located in Kremenets district of the Ternopil region, 1 km from the town of Krements.
The main and only attraction of the village is a beautiful castle-palace built in the style of English neo-Gothic by the landlord A. Chosnovsky in the middle of the 19th century.

Budaniv is a village with a population of about 1,500 people located in Terebovlya district of the Ternopil region.
The main attraction of the village is a stone castle built in the early 17th century on the site of the burnt wooden castle.
