Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker in Sokyrnytsya

Sokyrnytsya is a large village with a population of about 5 thousand people located in the south of Zakarpattia Oblast, about 120 km from Uzhhorod.

The main architectural attraction of this place is the Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker (1704) – a masterpiece of wooden sacral architecture that has the status of an architectural monument of national importance.
