Scott asks: So there are stories about a fake American city scape built in Vinnytsia in the 1950's as a spy training school. But I cannot find any photos online of this. Is it true?

Unfortunately I haven't found any info about this place, nothing related to any spy training school/center. You can also try to contact Vinnytsia Regional Museum of Local Lore. They definitely should have some info about it, if the story is true.

In 1772, after the first partition of Poland, the Habsburgs gained control of the town of Kolomyya. In 1781, the town was included in the Stanislavsky District. It was part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire until the First World War.
Chris asks: Who is the marble bust outside the Panorama building in Sevastopol?

Thirteen marble busts of heroes of Sevastopol defense are installed in the niches of the facade. Among them are busts of V.A. Kornilov, P.S. Nakhimov, S.A. Khrulev, L.N. Tolstoy, P.M. Koshka, I.V. Shevchenko, Dasha of Sevastopol.
